Benefits built for serious bettors — no fine print that changes everything.
The online betting market has grown enormously in Brazil, but not every loyalty program is the same. Most of them run on complicated points systems, redemption processes full of red tape, and benefits that look great on paper but almost never actually land in your account. At 1928bet, we took the opposite approach.
Our VIP Program was born from a simple question: what does a Brazilian bettor actually need? The answer came from conversations with our community — from São Paulo to Amazonas, from Rio Grande do Sul to Ceará. Everyone wanted the same thing: real-money cashback, fast withdrawals without the stress, quality support, and bonuses that make a real difference to your balance.
That's why, at 1928bet, your weekly cashback goes straight to your balance with no mandatory rollover at the Platinum and Diamond levels. You don't need to wager the money multiple times before withdrawing — it's already yours. Simple as that.
The progression system was also designed to be fair. You accumulate betting volume across all categories: football, Brasileirão Série A, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, crash games, slots, live casino, volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, and e-sports. Everything counts toward leveling up. No matter where you prefer to bet — your loyalty is rewarded all the same.
Reaching Gold takes the experience to a whole new level. You get a dedicated account manager — a real person who knows your profile, understands your preferences, and is available to handle any issue with priority. No generic chatbots or endless support queues.
The Platinum and Diamond levels are for those who truly want the best that 1928bet has to offer. Instant Pix withdrawals with no limits for Diamond members, invitations to sports and casino events, plus fully personalized bonuses tailored to your gaming preferences. No generic offers, no templates.
The Diamond level goes beyond the digital. Diamond members can receive physical gifts, tickets to football matches, concerts, and exclusive events — all arranged by their personal VIP manager. It's the kind of treatment that 1928bet reserved for those who chose to grow with us.
In the Deposits & Withdrawals, the VIP impact is clear. From Silver level onward, your Pix withdrawals move to the front of the processing queue. At Platinum, withdrawals are nearly instant. At Diamond, there's no queue at all — your money goes to Pix ahead of every other request.
We also offer benefits designed specifically for fans of our special game categories. VIP members of 1928bet get access to enhanced odds on Libertadores matches, to internal tournaments in e-sports with real prizes and special challenges in crash games — with extra multipliers for VIP members.
Our team is constantly working to expand the program. New rewards, partnerships with Brazilian brands, and regional benefits are in development. Members who are already active in the program get priority access to everything new that comes along.
If you haven't signed up at 1928bet, now is the perfect time. You enter directly at Bronze level, already earning 3% cashback in your first week, and start your journey to Diamond from your very first bet.
The VIP Program is designed to reward entertainment, not encourage excess. Use our responsible gaming tools at any time.

"I reached Gold level in three weeks betting on the Brasileirão and crash games. The cashback hit on Monday right on schedule, no hassle at all. It's real money — none of that points runaround."
"My experience at Platinum really changed when I got access to instant withdrawals. I request via Pix and the money is in my account in under 5 minutes. That's what sets a serious platform apart from an amateur one."
"At Diamond, the attention is on a different level. I have a manager who knows me by name, knows I love betting on the Libertadores, and always tips me off about the best odds before matches. It feels like the platform was built just for me."
